Synopsis:
"Sin MaÃz No Hay PaÃ" is an odyssey in native corn land in the Sierra Norte de Puebla, Mexico. Local farmers and native Mexican Indians relate the history of the sacred plant and express their determination to keep and save what is refereed to as the "seeds of dignity". Indian maize has become a fight for identity preservation, an economic and social claim as well as a militant action in favour of the environment and food sovereignty.
