Synopsis:
On the morning of February 27, 2010 Chile´s Central Valley was hit by an 8.8 earthquake and tsunami. That day, Constitución, a small lumber town by the ocean, was changed forever. News media around the world focused their attention on the city and its people, turning the “Mauchos” into the protagonist of a difficult reconstruction process. This is the story of how the “Mauchos” started to rebuild their lives and began the return to the ocean.
