Synopsis:
Pat spent a 57-year life knowing that it was not as it was truly meant to be. He/She had felt since she was 9 or 10 years old that her physicality did not match her mental and emotional being. For almost 50 years, she had manifested herself in appearance, behavior, and activities as ultra-male to satisfy the expectations and demands of others. Now she can be true to herself.
