Synopsis:
A story about Isabella, a young woman instilled with the dreams of her mother's sacrifices: for her daughter to have a better life by accessing the educational opportunities she never had. This is Isa's journey as she encounters struggles that neither she nor her mother ever imagined.
This film was inspired by the true stories of immigrant students. Each year nearly 65,000 youth graduate from high schools without higher education opportunities. Featured at the end of this film is an interview with a DREAMer from the Trail of Dreams campaign.
