Synopsis:
"In Rags" is a film about the biggest dump yard in Ahmedabad, India, spread over an area of 80-100 acres, and the livelihoods emerging through it. It captures the essence of the site and explores the lives of the people who have spent several years on these dumping grounds making a living out of it. It also gives a view into how they see this place and what they feel about their occupation.
