Synopsis:
Unemployed Muslims in West Bengal make up nearly 35% of those registered with employment exchanges in the state but only 3.3% have jobs. As more young men and women leave their homes in Murshidabad, Malda, North Dinajpur, and Birbhum looking for work in the country's metros, those left behind are an easy target for narcotics on the Indo-Bangla border.
