Synopsis:
Twelve years after the genocide in Rwanda, which cost 800,000 people their lives, the government demands that the perpetrators and victims live peacefully alongside each other. Perpetrators are supposed to ask pardon, and the victims are supposed to forgive them. “Among Neighbours” tells its story from the perspective of the victims, how they cope with their memories and what price they have to pay today for surviving.
