Synopsis:
In 1944, the antifascist doctors of the "centrale sanitaire suisse" joined the resistance movement against the Nazi occupation of Yugoslavia. With a scalpel in one hand and a gun in the other, they embarked on a perilous mission. The Nazis weren't taking any prisoners. Sixty years later, we listen to three of the Swiss doctors and some of those whom they treated, citizens of the former Yugoslavia, as they recall their experiences during that time.
