Synopsis:
Former soldiers from warring forces overcome the past to work together.
Members of three opposing armies during the Bosnian war now work side by side in the Sector Security firm in the town of Banja Luka.
The firm was founded in 2000 by Slavisa Krunic, who was drafted into the Bosnian Serb army in 1991. It employs Bosniak, Croat, and Serb former combatants.
In the film, three Security Sector staffers—Ramiz, Zlatko and Zoran—talk about how they are able to work in harmony despite once having fought on different sides.
Looking back, Krunic blames "very naive politicians" for leading Bosnia into war.
This film was produced by IWPR and Mebius Film to mark the 20th anniversary of the start of war in Bosnia, under IWPR's Western Balkans and ICTY programs, funded by the Norwegian government.
