Fio d' Azeite (The Golden Stream)| 44mins
Director: Filipe Carvalho | Producer: Filipe Carvalho
Focus Years: 2012 | Country: Portugal
Synopsis:
In the region of Baixo Alentejo, the race to the olive grove has been quite intense in the last few years. Its mass production has been out of control and has proliferated throughout the vast fields. With this paradigm in mind, I accompanied the catching and processing of the olive in the 2011 campaign that took place on an organic farming location, where respect for the land and technological evolution meet.
