Synopsis:
Ithu ente bhoomi(its my earth), a 16 minute documentary that seeks to spread the message of environmental conservation with special focus on themes relevant to a range of problems which are rooted in the lack of an effective means of waste management. The film is dedicated to Rachel Carson, the author of Silent Spring, a book released in 1962 and widely heralded as the spark that helped launch the American environmental movement. This film conveys ideas that advocate personal hygiene and stressed the needs of future generations and also delves into the adverse effects of plastic and e-waste. The children of SRS UP School, Pallichal were involved in the making of the documentary.
