For fifteen years, specialists raise the alarm signal, drinking water resources worldwide are limited, badly distributed and needs are increasing. By how, nobody contests that 2 billions of human beings have not access to drinking water. All over the world, millions of citizens, with the help of association, fight against the increasing trading of water. Burkina Faso, a sahelian land, has been able to keep a public control on the distribution of this resource. Since 2001, the Nigerian republic has handed over the water distribution to a private French company. In 2006, halfway of the Millennium objectives, what’s about the users?
