It is strenuous work on a farm and the cows are pitching in too. Wrestling economic issues, some farmers have to get out before they sink, others adapt to the organic market. They all are tightening their belts, cutting unnecessary spending, and working the extra hours to get it done. Exploring organic, conventional, and grass fed farming strategies, as well as other options to carry the farm on from one generation to the next.
