This short video presents the powerful work of The Pachamama Alliance at this time of great crisis and opportunity on the planet. Created in response to a call from the Achuar people of the Amazon rainforest in Ecuador, Pachamama has provided support that has enabled indigenous people to preserve their lands and culture, and has helped to protect millions of acres of pristine rainforest from oil development.
Beyond the rainforest, Pachamama has reached out to “change the dream of the modern world†through the pioneering program called "Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream," whose purpose is to bring forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just human presence on this planet.
