That's why it was targetted by terrorists both in 1993 and 2008 with such impunity that ordinary people of Mumbai and India were left wondering, if this adress was not safe what chance did they have of surviving the next attack. Everyone working here agreed it was time to act against poor governance. Clean up the system and push reforms. But little changed as India Inc went back to making money and politicans promised protection from terror in exchange for votes.Gujarat?
