It seems to be an exodus. They come from Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala. More than one million people try each year to illegally cross the border into the United States. They believe they have nothing to lose. Back home there is no money, no job, no hope. That is why the migrants leave everything behind and risk their lives for the American Dream. The film lets us participate in their journey, in their struggle for a better life.
