Synopsis:
The documentary covers the life and works of F. W. Stevens. His contribution lies in giving Mumbai its Architectural identity. His buildings include Victoria Terminus (CST), BMC, Western Railway Headquarters, Standard Chartered Bank, Oriental Buildings etc. Very few people know that this great Architect always incorporated local culture, trends and characters in his buildings and mixed them seamlessly with The Gothic Architecture. He is credited for training many Indian Craftsmen to do intricate Gothic details. The film is a tribute to Stevens on his 100th Death anniversary, the film covers his work and interesting history of all these buildings.
