"Groucho" is a film about homosexuality, about adolescence and about the fear of rejection from a positive point of view. "Groucho" shares the philosophy that when problems come to light, they lose their accursed shadows and gain the normality of a democratic society. "Groucho" rejects the vision of homosexuality that we watch on television, full of clichés and condescending attitudes. With "Groucho", we want to tell two love stories and one story about sex. We are looking to place the characters and their convictions on the edge, and show that when these convictions are questioned with a bigger reality, the characters must become aware of all things they have not yet overcome.
