Synopsis:
On the day the famous Dutch planebuilder Fokker makes his first flight in circles around the church of Haarlem. We stumble up on the priest of the church, who doesn’t agree with this modern technique of flying around. No one is allowed up in the sky except for God. He fears people are losing respect for God and the body of the church and doesn’t know what to do about it. But while Fokker is flying magically in the air, magic also hits the church when the statue of Jesus comes to life and tries to loosen our rigid priest up. Bit by bit, Jesus convinces him that God works in mysterious ways, helps him come to terms with himself and shows him love for the first time.
