The Brazilian artist Angelica Pedroso has lived for a couple of years in Europe. In Italy, she became known by means of the Tuscan art gallerist, Giorgio Stolz. He promoted many exhibitions in his "Casa di Giorgio", and also a wonderful exhibition in Buggiano Castle which achieved great audience and success. In France, she lived in St. Tropez where she also became known, mainly due to her strong and vibrant colors. The film "Angelica Saint-Tropez and a Global Cup of Coffee", featuring the idiosyncratic life of Angelica, was produced and directed by Paulo Pedroso, Angelica's brother. All the movie plot elapses during one day in Angelica's life in Brazil. The film has the important participation of Angelica's friends, including the Italian art gallerist Giorgio Stolz, and Edward Welter, a French artist who lives in California. The documentary was screened at Cannes in 2009 in the Short Film Corner.
