Synopsis:
"24" is mainly to describe my personal feelings of Taipei. Even though Taipei is the place where I had grown up, after coming back from four years of study in Australia, everything became so unfamiliar to me. Therefore I could not read to get into the modern life in Taipei. Later, I discovered people in Taipei are always surrounded by an artificial jungle of buildings. This unnatural environment has been accepted by everyone for long time. It is predictable that the people have been controlled by new technology and are simply following a stream of the evolution. It seems their life purposes also have been led by the environment, not by their original ideas or purposes, and almost of their life routines have already standardized. Needless to say, I have also begun to assimilate with it….
