With the changing pace of time, we are moving towards new horizons leaving behind our culture and traditions. This film is based on the Diwali festival in Dharampur province of Himachal Pradesh in India. About 10 years ago they used to celebrate Diwali for 8 days in their open farms after the crops were harvested; but now the people take no interest. This unique culture is fading out slowly. People call this modernization, even though it brings no positive change in their daily life.
