Synopsis:
"Role Play" is a poignant story with a powerful message. Today’s kids are surrounded by drugs and violence - this is the world in which they are forced to grow up. "Role Play" is a snapshot of the evolution and corruption of man. The departure of man from the innocence of childhood. The impact this departure has been caused by society. The movie is designed to make a person think, and to consider his soul’s future. It provides a glimpse into the lives of young children through an adult as they go through what for them is an ordinary day. The young have their innocence, but are role-playing what they perceive to be adult roles. Children playing army games. Teenagers drinking beer. The adults are both good and bad. A father tending his plants, two men mugging a teen - man has choice. A bomb explodes uniting them all in a moment of fear. Everything stops while the world grieves. Souls crushed by the terrorism of bad choices. Avoidable choices. If only one would compromise. If only one would make better choices. If only one would retain the resilience of childhood. If only one would consider his soul’s future.
