Synopsis:
Patricia is a single parent with two kids, Marcus and Abigail, doing her best to raise her family and provide them with the kind of opportunities she never had. Her life is torn apart when her son Marcus becomes a victim of knife crime. Unable to come to terms with his death in her mind, she convinces herself that Marcus is still alive. Her state of mind begins to manifest in the physical with her increased interaction with her dead son. The film culminates in her daughter trying to get her to come to terms with Marcus' death....
