Synopsis:
In the summer of 2007, a group of four volcanists arrived in Bear Bay on the Iturup Island of the Big Kuril Ridge. The scientific purpose of the expedition is to research the Rhenium gases of the hottest volcano on the planet - the volcano Kudryavyj. Volcanists live on the island for two and a half months. Far from stuffy cities, from ashes, dust, a roar and infinite vanity. From the moment of the creation of the world, 7515 years have passed according the Orthodox calendar, but, apparently, nothing has not changed on Iturup since then....
