Clowns Without Borders is an International Humanitarian Aid organization that aims, through the medium of laughter, to provide psychological relief to communities living with the effects of disaster, strees, fear or poverty. This film follows the Irish chapter of Clowns Without Borders as they travel to Lesotho, one of the poorest countries in the world. In spite of its problems, Lesotho is a beautiful beguiling country filled with a people who love to smile.
