Synopsis:
"Eldorado" is an activity, knowledge and arts centre for persons with an intellectual handicap on a early development level in Gothenburg. Eldorado is insignificant on the outside, but full of activities on the inside. Eldorado is unique, not only in Sweden, but in the entire world. One has taken the greatest of different theories and methods and brought them together in an entity that sets the individual in the center of things. The keywords are knowledge, stimulation, communication, interplay, tutorial, inspiration in an experience-focused environment. The staff's way to collaborate with their visitors may also enrich us "normally gifted". The film was done in collaboration with the staff, and follows their different activities throughout a year's time.
