This is a film from brand new writer and director Elizabeth Pencavel, about growing old and a loving couple's partnership over the years. One evening, in a cosy English pub, Charlie and his energetic young girlfriend are out to celebrate her sister's birthday, but Charlie is confused when the birthday girl and her husband arrive. All is not exactly as he remembered. A puzzled Charlie looks at himself from within to find out more. With a terrific cast, including the accomplished and previously Bafta nominated Helen Ryan and up and coming Nic Dawkes, the film looks at the uncomfortable truths of growing old and aging memories.
