Synopsis:
John lies in bed, only half-awake. Soon, he slips into a strange dream or a state of unconsciousness. He desperately tries to make sense of it all. What do these visions mean? He turns up in unfamiliar surroundings, and when he tries to take control of the situation or to just leave, but he is thrown into another place or time. All the people he is meeting, all the new places he has never been before, all the sudden changes - it is all new and confusing, but it must have something to do with his thoughts, his mind, and his past. While he has little control over events taking place in front of him, he remains calm and processes the past in his mind, with his thoughts blending in with the action. But he is slipping away and the journey is leading to an unstoppable end that he cannot predict or change.
