Synopsis:
Life and art intermingle in the figure of El Cigala. Through this documentary, we want to meet the man living within the moan, within the singing, within his music.... The camera will follow him in the recording of his new work - "Two Black Tears", in the company of the Cuban musician Guillermo Rubalcaba. The cameraman tries to become a part of the team to discover the personal and passionate relation which the artist establishes with his surroundings. We want it to go beyond his professional life and into his personal relationships; to understand not only his thriving musical experience, but also his deepest influences which are part of his life and which passionately influence his heart rendering and miraculous singing. El Cigala has a passion for life, which is conveyed in his voice, in his music and in his art.
