Synopsis:
Garmi is a small community of Mali, 1,200 kilometers from Bamako, in the commune of Hombori. It has 600 inhabitants who have always lived without electricity. Their ethnicity is Peul, and they speak the language Fulfulde. This documentary tries to show a portrait of life in Garmi.
