In agrarian economies like India, a major part of a woman's identity lies in her role as a farmer. Women however, are not conditioned to recognize this role. Society has always considered men as farmers, never recognizing the vital contribution of women. This film seeks to look at farming from a gender perspective, and question existing stereotypes surrounding women as farmers.
