"Operation Restoration" focuses on bringing children and teenagers off the streets, into a new life in society. Addicted to drugs and living in gangs, it's hard to persuade them to leave the streets of Santa Cruz. Off the streets, in one of the homes of the project, they find people who care about them and try to give them a new future.
