Synopsis:
They are between 16 and 18 years old. They left their countries: Angola, Guinea or Russia. After journeys frought with great violence, they arrived clandestinely in Strasbourg. For the administration and local government, they are "isolated foreign minors”. For others – teachers, lawyers, citizens – they are children that we must take care of. The energy developed by these young people to rebuild their lives in France is very moving. Because they do not have any choice, all the ordeals became for them challenges: learning a new language, discovering of a very different society and also a profound loneliness of exile. Under the watchful eye of some adults, these young people are gradually returning to the human world, sharing their hopes, their dreams, their feelings of helplessness....
