With our choir of voices, we reflect on family and social trauma as factors in creating mental health issues for individuals, as well as fragmentation in our communities. We also discuss our experiences and perspectives about going through the mental health system. Ultimately, we share our various pathways to healing, in order to inspire hope, clarity, encouragement, and support to others.
