Synopsis:
A richly detailed biographical portrait of Jiddu Krishnamurti, the world-renowned teacher of religious thought who was discovered as a young boy on the beach in South India by C.W. Leadbeater of the Theosophical Society. The film combines the teacher's own deep insights with thoughts about him by authors, educators, friends, scientists, and students. Also used to tell his story is archival footage from India, England (where he was educated), and America in the 1920s and 1930s.
