Synopsis:
Set in 1930. the film is about young Mathura. A child widow who is brought back to her maternal home. It is the story of her coming to terms with the changed reality and her trying to find her own voice in the face of uncertainty. 'Dwijaa' is loosely adapted from 'Magey Valoon' (Looking Back) an autobiography of Dr Mathutai Athaley.
