Synopsis:
Aphasia is a disorder that robs a person of their ability to speak. Everything for the individual remains intact, but their language is lost. The survivor is a prisoner within their own mind and body. It devastates lives and destroys relationships. There are over one million people in the United States that suffer from aphasia, but very little is known about it and resources for aiding victims are limited.
