Synopsis:
Given the large numbers of mobile people in South East Asia, there is an urgent need for an expanded and comprehensive response to HIV/AIDS - one that takes into account the particular vulnerabilities surrounding population mobility. As part of the Canada South East Asia Regional HIV/AIDS Program (CSEARHAP), governments, private and public sector groups and research institutes within the region are coming together to develop policies and capacity to deal with HIV and mobile populations. This film provides a voice to people on the move and confirms the urgency of their plight and the need for action.
