Synopsis:
For 45 years, Hans-Erik has lived isolated behind iron barred windows and doors. He didn’t answer the phone or opened the door. His decision to live in a bubble was taken after a conflict with his one and only friend when he was 16 years old. His childhood was strongly marked by a violent and overprotective father and a problematic school situation where he was badly bullied. His congenital heart defect kept him from running and playing, and the fact that he was skinny, red-haired and had pale blue skin didn’t improve his situation either. The only thing that made him go on living was his work with a huge model of a cruise liner in his living room. The film is an exciting journey into a psychological landscape with an improbable development. In the end he walked out of his bubble and started to live…
