Synopsis:
Martijn is autistic and mentally challenged and demands care and attendance 24 hours a day. His parents and 4 siblings give their personal account of Martin's growing up and coping with life through hardship and love.
Their personal story is intertwined with the present time's cutbacks on the healthcare system in the Netherlands. What effect will it have on Martijn's situation? And what will it mean for his family members, who already do as much as they can to make a good life for Martijn?
