A portrait of the lives of fishermen in Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong in southern China. The fishermen earn their living by fishing at sea, but their hard work leaves them with only a humble income. As they gradually grow older, their traditional fishery work is also gradually neglected and discarded by society. We have yet to see the impact of the slow disappearance of this group and the decline of the traditional fishing industry in Dongguan.
