Synopsis:
May 15th, 2011: Thousands of citizens invade the streets to condemn the kidnapping of democracy by the neoliberal system at the service of the banks. Baptized as 15M, they organize themselves in the main squares of the cities, as a part of a no-leadership movement which will be repeated virally all over the world. At Málaga, the central Plaza de la Constitución square serves as the setting for this collective awakening, by joining people from very diverse status and generations. 15M: The City Wakes Up includes some of the stories which arose out of this collective awakening.
