Synopsis:
In February 2002, Jérémie Bouillon set off for a two-month journey through India. His only real baggage was his camera, a recorder and a travelog. When he landed in Dehli, he boarded a train that would take him to Benares, Calcutta, Omkareshwar, and finally, Bombay. The railroad tracks carrying him across the country are the thread which pulls together the story of his trip. The result is the unique vision of a solitary artist as he faces unknown territory every new day. The photographer has captured a sincere reflection of a cilvilization through the daily lives of people living and working.
