"NO VANDALISM!" was the rallying cry of demonstrators who took to the streets of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil in June 2013. However, among the crowds at the demonstrations that exploded all over the country that month, some groups chose more direct methods. They were criminalized and labeled "vandals" by the mainstream press, without even being heard. This documentary goes to the "front line" to capture confrontations and interview demonstrators, in an attempt to find out the motivations for civil disobedience.
