A road. Today. In the United States. As the heroes of John Huston’s film 'The Misfits', some cowboys are expecting from their next rodeo, a fulfillment of promises of a better life. For that, the road is long and sometimes needs to pass through the Nevada desert. They hope they will be given the right horse. Falling, hurting oneself, not mentioning it to the insurance company for fear of losing it, dreaming about a ranch at the end of the road, going on the road again for another few hundred miles. People who fight : against horses’ kicks, road miles, the electricity bill of their mobile home. A rodeo cowboy’s life.
