SYNOPSIS: Fortaleza, Brazil. On June 2013, four major demonstrations took the streets of the city, similar to what occurred in the whole country. Two kinds of strategic actions stood out during the demonstrations: those without vandalism and those with vandalism. And there was a slogan: turn down party flags! With vandalism, without vandalism, right after June, the flags lowered in the streets, the streets taken by the people in protests, strikes and movements, public spaces were also taken. Barricades and settlements erected in resistance to the governments, the governments’ actions, challenged political oligarchies, masks which haunted the power. This documentary investigates, on the front line, the opinions from Coletivo Nigéria, philosopher Sandra Helena Souza, sociologist Pedro Albuquerque and jurist Leonardo Resende Martins, the motivations of screams and acts of 'non-party'.
