Synopsis:
The search for an HR consultant for a media space serves as the starting point for a reflection on the growth of the newsroom on the eve of digital convergence. In parallel to the trajectory of the consultant, the film combines interviews with media professionals and politicians who have to deal with major media exposure, as Juca Kfouri, Eugenio Bucci, Contardo Calligaris, Bob Fernandes and former Sao Paulo governor Claudio Lembo.
