Cook It Raw brings together the most innovative minds in the world of gastronomy to discover, learn and inspire each other about traditional foodways. Each year we bring together some of the greatest culinary minds to participate in a curated program in a specific region of the globe where we delve into the fabric, life and culture of that region and explore it through the lens of food. This film documents the 6th such event to date, it took place over 10 days in Charleston South Carolina and culminated in a small dinner and a giant BBQ.
