Synopsis:
A battle is being waged for the soul of Grandmother Water. She who nurtures Mother Earth who nurtures us all. She is the sacred river goddess "Tjër Di" to the indigenous Naso, in the last kingdom in the Americas. The Naso seek autonomy in their ancestral territory on the Rio Téribe to protect and conserve their river culture residing in an UNESCO World Heritage Site shared by Costa Rica & Panama. New conquistadors covet her natural resources. The Inter American Comission on human rights predicts cultural genocide will result if the Naso fail to retain stewardship of their river valley.
